Bienvenu.e dans l’espace d’expression de mon Être
Ici, je partagerais le tout que je suis, mes dons et aussi mes ombres.
C’est un long et sinueux chemin pour accepter mon être humain parfaitement imparfait et arriver maintenant à le partager avec le monde.
Je suis ravie que tu sois ici aujourd’hui, et j’espère que cet espace pourra t’inspirer et motiver à traverser les hauts et bas qui viennent avec la découverte de ton essence et à accepter toutes tes couleurs et formes.
Plutôt que décrire mon parcours professionnel et diplômes que j’ai afin de me/te convaincre de ma légitimité pour me montrer et être au service, je choisis consciemment de simplement partager mon être et les outils que j’ai utilisé pour le conaitre davantage. Mon intuition me dis que ton intuition saura te dire si on a du chemin à faire ensemble.
Mon désir est qu’en buvant de ce que tu vois ici et des moments que nous partageons, tu puisses ressentir l’étincelle nécessaire pour comprendre quelle est ta propre et unique essence. Qu’on puisse progressivement se sentir plus en paix et amoureux de nous-mêmes.
Je suis une Alchimiste de l’Émancipation de l’être
Toute ma vie ma grande sensibilité, ma capacité d’écoute, ma clarté, mon courage, mon grain de folie, et surtout mon amour sans jugement, m’ont aidé à alchimiser en Amour le Douleur que je perçois dans mon intérieur, chez les autres et dans les contextes dans lesquels je me trouve
À la recette j’ai rajouté des outils puisées dans différentes formations et expériences faites au cours des 10 dernières années comme le Mouvement (Biodanza, Danse Contact Improvisation, Danse libre), l'Intelligence Émotionnelle (Possibility Management), la Communication et la Relation Consciente (Communication Non-Violente, Tantra, Slow-Sex), la connaissance du fonctionnement du système nerveux (Théorie Polyvagale de Stephen Porges).
Ces outils et moi-même ne sommes pas là pour te sauver mais plutôt pour te rappeler de qui tu es, de tes pouvoirs, de ton immense beauté et de ta vulnérabilité.
Ce que je défends
Ces dernières années, j'ai appris que ce qui me rend le plus en colère, effrayé, triste et joyeuse c'est en fait ce qui m'importe vraiment, ce que je suis là pour changer! L'énergie de ces sentiments, qu’on a appris à juger comme négatifs, est en faite le carburant et la boussole dont j’ai besoin pour choisir et faire mes prochains pas.
Mes émotions m’ont montré que je défends:
- Ressentir et exprimer nos sentiments et notre vérité consciemment et sans honte
- Guérir et dissoudre les blocages qui entravent l'expression de notre être le plus authentique
- Responsabilité radicale et des-endormissement
- Pardon, guérison et co-création de relations plus équilibrées entre hommes et femmes
- Co-création communautaire consciente d'un avenir plus respectueux pour Gaia et tous ses habitants

Je suis un catalyseur de changement à travers la danse, le toucher, l'écriture, la parole, l’improvisation.
C'est ainsi que l'alchimie se produit, c'est ainsi que je touche et ouvre mon cœur et celui des autres. Exprimer et montrer ce que je ressens par rapport à ce qui se passe en moi et autour de moi est ma façon de construire des ponts vers

Se Rencontrer
Il y a des Rencontres qui touchent au plus profond de l’âme, comme un simple “Ah te voila enfin soeur, je te cherchais pour qu’on évolue et aime ensemble”
Ses rencontres…qui nous ramènent dans une simple humilité que nous sommes guidés, accompagnés.. toujours..

Welcome to the space of expression of my Being
Here, I will share all that I am, my gifts and also my shadows.
It’s been a long, winding road to accept my perfectly imperfect human being and now being able to share it with the world.
I'm glad you're here today, and I hope this space can inspire and motivate you to navigate the ups and downs that come with discovering your essence and accepting all your colors and shapes.
Rather than describing my professional background and the diplomas that I have in order to convince myself/you of my legitimacy to show myself and be of service, I consciously choose to simply share my being and the tools that I used to know it better. My intuition tells me that your intuition will be able to tell you if we’ll walk along together.
My desire is that by drinking in what you see here and the moments we share, you can feel the spark necessary to understand more of what is your own and unique essence. That we can together gradually feel more at peace and in love with ourselves.
I’m An ALchEmist of Beings Emancipation
All my life my great sensitivity, my ability to listen, my clarity, my courage, my grain of madness, and above all my love without judgment, have helped me to alchemize into Love the Pain that I perceive in my interior, in the others and in the contexts I’m in.
To the recipe I’ve added tools drawn from different training and experiences made over the last 10 years such as: Movement (Biodanza, Contact Improvisation Dance, Free Dance), Emotional Intelligence (Possibility Management), Communication and Relationships Conscious (Non-Violent Communication, Tantra, Slow-Sex), knowledge of the functioning of the nervous system (Polyvagal Theory of Stephen Porges).
These tools and I are not here to save you but rather to remind you of who you are, of your powers, of your immense beauty and your vulnerability.
What I stand for
These last years I’ve learn that what makes me most angry, scared, sad and joyful about it’s actually what I really care about, what I’m here to change! These feelings’ energy, that we’re taught to be negative, are the fuel and compass I need to chose and take my next steps.
My feelings tell me I stand for:
- Feeling and expressing our feelings and truth unapologetically and consciously
- Healing and dissolving the blockages standing on the way of the expression of our most authentic self
- Self Radical Responsibility and Un-numbing
- Forgiveness, healing and co-creation of more balanced relations between men and women
- Conscious community co-creation of a more respectful future for Gaia and all it’s inhabitants
